Flex Tubes

The exhaust system moves when driving due to driving manoeuvres, road conditions and temperature changes. Flexible adapters are used so that she can do this freely without always tearing at the manifold or the turbocharger. Flexible pipes relieve the entire exhaust system and can hold the weight of larger exhaust systems. They compensate for the movements caused by mechanical influences. Expansion joints are suitable for large temperature-dependent movements, but not for large loads. A corrugated tube is super flexible and is therefore suitable for the simple construction of wastegate returns or manifolds.
