Dirt near the fuel filler neck can also get into the tank and into the fuel. A fuel filter is needed to prevent this from getting into the rest of the fuel system. Throughput and filter performance are important. Our Fuelab fuel filters are perfect for this. The filters are available from 6 microns to 75 microns and, in addition to the paper version (10 microns), are also suitable for etahol. The more Micron, the more throughput, but poorer filter effect. So 6 microns filter best, but 75 microns allow for the highest performance.
