The standard built-in clutches start to slip due to wear and comfortable tuning from a certain performance and torque, which can be achieved through tuning. This leads to greatly increased wear and loss of performance. High temperatures can also damage other parts of the transmission. Our clutches from ABC Clutch and Competition Clutch and DKM offer reliable power transmission with high engine performance for many vehicle models. Clutches for up to 1500 Nm are available for some gearboxes. Even with standard engine power, a racing clutch can provide a sportier driving experience, improve acceleration and reduce thermal stress in the transmission.
