COMPETITION CLUTCH reinforced clutch set suitable for Mitsubishi Evo X

STAGE 2 SERIES

These clutches are designed for up to 80% higher power consumption. The area of ​​application extends from modified road vehicles to moderate use on the race track. The Stage 2 clutches are delivered with a reinforced pressure plate, a spring-loaded clutch disc with an organic copper mix lining, a release bearing and a centering mandrel (the content may vary depending on the vehicle). It requires a running-in period of 800 km.

STAGE 3 SERIES

These clutches with ceramic segments and a performance pressure plate are suitable for an additional performance of up to 150% and are therefore the ideal combination of roadworthiness and race track use. The Stage 3 enables quick coupling and offers a long service life. The clutches are delivered with a reinforced pressure plate, a ceramic-coated clutch disc, release bearing and centering mandrel (the contents may vary depending on the vehicle). The clutch disc is available with spring and without spring. It requires a running-in period of 500km.

STAGE 4 SERIES

The clutches contain a 6 pad ceramic disc in connection with a reinforced pressure plate. As a result, power consumption of up to 250% above the standard can be achieved. The clutches are delivered with a reinforced pressure plate, a ceramic-coated 6-pad clutch disc, release bearing and centering pin (the contents may vary depending on the vehicle). The clutch disc is available with spring and without spring. The run-in time is 500km.

DOUBLE DISC CLUTCHES 

The Twin Disc clutches are designed for vehicles with 600-1100 HP / 900 NM at the wheel. With this clutch, fast gear changes are possible under extreme conditions. A quick revision is also possible thanks to inexpensive individual parts that are offered for these clutches.

THREE-DISC CLUTCHES 

The three-disc clutches were designed for vehicles with more than 1200 PS/NM on the wheel. Due to the third clutch disc and the larger surface it is possible to absorb even more power compared to the twin disc.

FLYWHEEL

Competition Clutch flywheels are one-piece and made from forged 4140 steel. This eliminates the possibility of the ring gear separating from the disc and reducing the possibility of warping of the friction surface.
