CHASE BAYS brake line set brake caliper suitable for BMW E36

The Chase Bays caliper brake lines are for the enthusiasts among you who want to improve braking performance, pedal feel and want to upgrade to a more durable setup. The original rubber hardlines are upgraded and replaced with Teflon-coated -3AN stainless steel flex lines with a plastic jacket.

Each line is also pressure tested prior to shipment and conforms to DOT regulations.

DO IT BETTER THAN BMW

Chasebay's caliper brake lines are far more effective than other kits on the market. The problem with the rear brake lines on the BMW E36 is that they are multi-part rubber hose lines. This creates more connections, which means more work during installation. Starting on the chassis, where the hardlines transition to the Original Equipment rubber hose lines, is an approximately 15cm long uncured rubber hose, which then leads back to a hardline at the trailing arm, only to then transition back to a 15cm rubber hose that connects to the brake caliper .

Chasebays eliminate the hardline on the trailing arm and the second rubber line, creating a new one-piece design. This allows the kit to run directly from the chassis hardline to the caliper via 2 ports instead of 4.
