Brake caliper adapter for Audi A4 B5 to ZR18 brake calipers from Porsche Cayenne with 350x32 Mercedes brake discs

The adapters are compatible with vehicles that have a wheel bearing diameter of 75 mm (OE numbers: 8D0 407 257 AC / 8D0 407 257 AL):

Depending on the batch and manufacturer, there are small differences in the axle geometry.

Therefore, you need to test whether the brake disc on your vehicle is properly seated and runs freely. If the brake disc cannot be rotated or is touching the axle, some material must be removed at the points where it is touching (see pictures). The critical points are marked in red in the last three pictures. If the brake disc is touching these points, you can remove some material with an angle grinder. Normally it is only 1-3 mm.

In most cases, however, the adapter fits without modifying the axle.

• The hub bore must be turned to 68 mm.
