Universal sandwich panel with integrated 82°C thermostat and 4 compactly arranged and generously dimensioned M22x1,5 threaded holes. This means that an oil cooler and two sensors can be connected in a space-saving and variable manner at the same time.

Special adapters are required for the sensors - 2203010015.

However, it is also possible to swap the connections and connect the oil cooler to the 45/3" UNF connections inclined by 4°. Two extension screws for connecting the oil filter in M20 x1,5mm and 3/4 - 16UNF, two caps and two thread adapters to Dash 10. The adapters are manufactured using high-precision CNC machines and meet the highest quality standards.

When closed, the thermostat allows only 1% of the oil quantity to circulate through the oil cooler and only opens up to 100% when the opening temperature is reached. Sandwich panels from other manufacturers/suppliers, on the other hand, allow 1/3 of the oil to flow through the cooler even when the thermostat is closed. With cooler outside temperatures, this can mean that the oil never actually reaches the desired operating temperature.
