WHY YOU NEED THIS

The standard strut mounts on the rear axle are made of soft rubber and are designed for comfort. However, under load, they deform, allowing the shock absorber to move slightly and resulting in less precise handling.

The IRP strut mounts with integrated polyurethane inserts replace the original rubber mounts and significantly reduce these unwanted movements. This allows the shock absorber to operate more precisely and the forces to be transferred to the body in a more controlled manner.

The result is more stable, direct handling with improved feedback and more consistent responsiveness – both in everyday driving and in sporty driving situations.

PERFORMANCE WITHOUT LOSING COMFORT

The polyurethane inserts used offer significantly higher durability than standard rubber bearings and are less susceptible to wear and aging.

At the same time, compared to purely rigid motorsport solutions, a certain degree of residual comfort is retained, making this setup ideal for sporty road vehicles, track tools or drift vehicles.

The installation is a plug-and-play solution and can be carried out without any modifications.
