STABLE WITHOUT COMPROMISE

The Hardy disc from SILVERPROJECT is made of aluminum and can withstand even extraordinary loads. The PU bearings ensure a similarly direct power transmission as with Hardy discs made of solid material, but can still absorb particularly high torque shocks and thus protect the entire drive.

WHAT THEY ARE MADE FOR

The Hardy discs fulfill a particularly important task as connecting links of the main drive shaft. They are usually made of hard rubber and are intended to compensate for slight misalignments in the drive and to dampen torque surges. However, the discs used in series are more for comfort and cannot withstand the enormous loads in motorsport for long.

DETAILS

Note: After installing the Hardy disc, it is recommended to rebalance the cardan shaft unit, otherwise stronger vibrations can occur.
