LIGHTER & MORE STABLE

After a long CAD development, based on 3D scans of the original subframe, you now have the opportunity to upgrade your Audi A4, S4, RS4 B5, 80 / 90 B4 or even S2 or RS2 with a brand new, rustproof subframe for the rear axle.

The axle carriers are made from T45 tubes and S355 metal sheets, which are also used in rallies. These offer increased rigidity and an enormous weight reduction. In addition, they were designed in such a way that access to the vehicle underbody is made significantly easier.

With a total weight of just 10,5 kg, you save around 6 kg compared to the original subframe.
All components are TIG welded. The holders for mounting on the body are also designed to be very robust, so that they can withstand even the most extreme forces. The rear stabilizer bracket is also reinforced. In addition, the frame has a hole approx. 25mm higher for drag racing use (anti-squat system).

EASY INSTALLATION

The frame is easily mounted on the body using the original screw points. All original parts can also be attached to the new subframe with plug & play, which means that no further modifications are required. The original wishbones can also continue to be used.

You are free to choose from the entire RAL range! Simply specify the desired RAL color when placing your order. The default color is black. Another color costs €50,00 extra.

On vehicles with older type rear subframe used in B4 vehicles, to use our subframe, newer longer type (320mm, old type has 300mm) tie rods (8D0 501 530) must be used in the vehicle.

Characteristics:
- Tensile strength: 700 – 900 MPa, 0,2% yield at least 620 MPa
- Hardness test: 201 min - 262 max HB or 210 min - 275 max HV

T45 is a very unique carbon-based seamless steel tube used in a wide variety of industries such as the aerospace industry. It offers significantly better properties than, for example, Cr-Mo 4130, which is also used in motorsport.
This allows T45 to withstand extremely high G-forces without breaking or splintering.
It material is carbon manganese based and conforms to full British Standards aerospace specifications.
