The VERKLINE rear axle suspension bundle for the Toyota Supra A90/A91 and BMW Z4 G29 was specifically developed to eliminate the weaknesses of the standard rear axle geometry under high loads. Especially in high-performance vehicles and with a sporty driving style, the OEM five-link axle can lead to unstable handling and unwanted toe changes during suspension travel.

Based on extensive development and testing procedures including 3D laser scanning, CAD design, FEA analysis, and real-world driving tests, a fully tuned rear axle system was created for maximum driving stability and precise handling. The goal was to significantly reduce the typical bump-steer behavior of the standard geometry while simultaneously enabling reproducible suspension tuning for different applications.

The combination of a lightweight tubular frame, adjustable wishbones, toe links, traction control arms, and motorsport bushings and spherical bearings ensures that the rear axle geometry remains constant even under extreme loads. This results in greater stability at high speeds, improved traction during acceleration, and a significantly more precise driving feel on the racetrack.

The pre-configured suspension setups were specifically developed for various applications such as street, track day, and drag racing, enabling an optimal balance of grip, control, and driving dynamics.
