WHY YOU NEED THIS

Especially when used on the race track, the cornering forces bend the rubber in the wishbones. This changes the desired geometry of the car. This can result in slower track times and increased tire wear.

For this reason, Verkline developed Uniball wishbones. These use metal-on-metal Uniball, known from the Porsche RS line (GT2RS, GT3RS).

Most of the vehicles used on the route are also lowered. Lowering the vehicle has the undesirable effect of moving the chassis lower than the ball joint, and excessive lowering will result in the wheel end control arm pointing up. As a result, you need more steering angle in corners, the car reacts sluggishly.

This is where the wishbones from Verkline come in to improve the kinematics.
Attention: These can only be used together with the front tube frames from Verkline! (WAS-560 or WAS-550)

The same T45 pipes (BS4T45 to BS4T100) and S355 metal sheets are used as in WRC cars, the wishbones and the proven M18 motorsport uniballs offer increased rigidity and additional adjustment options. In addition to bump steer, caster and camber can also be adjusted by up to -4,5 degrees. All factory parts are bolted to this unit, no further modifications are required.

Note: The rubber O-ring (1K0423187) must be removed to mount the rack in a new higher position. Note: Only available for off-road, track and racing applications. Installing this rear arm kit may result in additional NVH (noise, vibration and harshness) transmission into the cabin.

The front wishbone mount is lowered onto the subframe mount. The lower mounting hole has the standard height, the higher mounting hole is to be used with these lowered wishbones (+20mm).

T45 is a very unique carbon-based seamless steel tube used in a wide variety of industries such as the aerospace industry. It offers significantly better properties than, for example, Cr-Mo 4130, which is also used in motorsport.
This allows T45 to withstand extremely high G-forces without breaking or splintering.
