The high-performance intercooler has the following outer mesh dimensions (535mm x 160mm x 110mm) and thus offers 40% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed Competition high-performance mesh offers the highest cooling properties based on the latest tube fin technology. The weight of the intercooler is 6,7kg.
CAD designed free-form cast aluminum end boxes for the best possible internal airflow. Overall, this intercooler has far less back pressure than the stock cooler. In addition, all Wagner intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties. This guarantees optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance.
The installation is done by replacing the OEM intercooler - plug & play - the original intercooler hoses can still be used.
