The high-performance intercoolers have the following core dimensions (255x230x105) and thus offer a 39% larger inflow area and 98% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed competition high-performance mesh offers maximum cooling properties based on the latest tube fin technology.

The end boxes of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized with the help of flow analyzes in the CAD system. The intercooler kit was developed directly for the RS6 C5. Optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance!
This kit also contains air ducts made of visually appealing carbon. The assembly takes place at the original fastening points and is very easy to carry out.
