The Chase Bays fuel line kit is designed for those of you looking to replace your stock fuel lines and fuel filter with high end components. This allows you to seamlessly adapt an accessory fuel line or fuel pressure regulator.
This kit consists of black aluminum - AN fittings and a stainless steel reinforced -6AN hose with a high-heat nylon jacket, which protects against high temperatures. Only the best components are used and each fuel line is pressure tested.

From the factory, the lines are often unattractive, inefficient and bulky in the engine compartment. Often also in the way of other parts. In this case, cut back one hard supply line to 15,20 inches to match the length of the hard return line. This ensures a nice, tidy appearance and gives the filter a new mounting position.
There are many different fuel system requirements, so Chase Bays offers two fuel line kit options. On the one hand for the original fuel pressure regulator and on the other hand for an external fuel pressure regulator from the accessories.
The kit for the stock fuel pressure regulator includes 3 hoses. The feed line runs from the hardline to the inline fuel filter. The line filter mounts directly to the frame rail via an existing threaded bolt hole and supplied rubber insulated clamp. From there it goes directly to the fuel rail inlet with various adapters according to your entered specifications. The return line is also simply connected from the pressure regulator outlet to the hardline.
The accessory external fuel pressure regulator kit changes the design to allow for integration and adds 3 adapters needed to attach the lines. The accessory fuel pressure regulator kit does not work with the 2-way type, only with the 3-way type. It is mounted on the shock absorber tower on the driver's side directly in front of the brake master cylinder.
It's a "dead head" setup, meaning the regulator sits in front of the fuel rail. Many kits have the regulator after the fuel rail, creating an extra fuel line and more clutter in the engine compartment. Chase Bays specializes in cleaning up this mess. The 3-port regulators were specially developed for the ''dead head setup'' and are common practice in the motorsport world.
