Do your own DTM
The components are welded to the OEM trailing arm and replace the original, rigid mounts for the rear axle carrier. Due to their construction, they enable the camber and toe values of the rear wheels to be adjusted when installed. This construction was used in exactly the same way in the BMW E30 DTM Group A vehicles.

WHY UNIBALL
Factory landing gear bushings tend to be soft for comfort and provide a degree of play at the linkage. However, the forces occurring at the wheel are then transmitted to the chassis in a distorted manner and vice versa. As a result, the chassis is sluggish and cannot react to these forces to the full extent of its capabilities. This also applies to the driver. This play can be eliminated with rigid bushings and the chassis can be fully exploited.
If values such as camber, track, caster, etc. are set, the vehicle is at a standstill. If it is now set in motion, there will be slight deviations from these values due to the intended play in the factory rubber bushings. While these deviations are negligible in road traffic, they can make the difference between victory and defeat at the limit. Rigid bushings eliminate this play and ensure you always ride at the exact values you set.
