LIGHTER & MORE STABLE
After a long CAD development, based on 3D scans of the original subframe, you now have the opportunity to upgrade your Audi A4, S4 or RS4 B6/B7 with a brand new, rustproof subframe for the front axle.
The front axle supports are made from T45 tubes and S355 metal sheets, which are also used in rallies. These offer increased rigidity and an enormous weight reduction. In addition, they were designed in such a way that access to the vehicle underbody is made significantly easier.
With a total weight of only 8,5kg for the front axle subframe, you save about 7,5kg compared to the original axle carrier. All components are TIG welded.
EASY INSTALLATION
The frame is easily mounted on the body using the original screw points. All original parts can also be attached to the new subframe with plug & play, which means that no further modifications are required. The original wishbones can also continue to be used. In addition, the subframe includes alignment holes and xenon light mounts specific to the B6/B7.
ALSO AVAILABLE IN YOUR FAVORITE COLOUR
You are free to choose from the entire RAL range! Simply specify the desired RAL color when placing your order. The default color is black. Another color costs €50,00 extra.

T45 is a very unique carbon base seamless steel tube that has been used in many applications across various industries. It is stronger than Co-Mo 4130 hoses, which are also used in motorsport. It is widely used in the aerospace industry in equipment such as pilot seats and crew seats because the material can withstand high G-forces without cracking or chipping. This material is carbon manganese based and conforms to full British Standards aerospace specifications.
