WAGNER TUNING Competition intercooler kit suitable for VW / Audi / Skoda / Seat 1.8-2.0 TSI

The Competition intercooler has the following net dimensions (640mm x 410mm x 65mm) and thus has 17 liters of external charge air volume (OEM 9 liters).

The newly developed competition high-performance network (Tube Fine) grants the adjacent components, such as e.g. the water cooler, still enough air flow and is also very light. The intercooler has a total weight of only 8,9kg.

The cast aluminum end boxes were created in CAD and optimized with the help of CFD simulations for the best possible internal air flow. An air duct integrated in the end box enables the Competition high-performance mesh to be filled homogeneously. The inlets and outlets of the intercooler have been enlarged to Ø 70mm, so this kit comes with reinforced silicone hoses. Overall, this intercooler has far less back pressure than the standard intercooler.

In addition, all Wagner intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties. This guarantees permanent and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance.

The installation is done by replacing the OEM intercooler and is easy to do.
